Prices
All prices on the website are listed in € (Euros) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are valid at the moment of order placement and do not have a predetermined validity.
Prices can be changed without prior notice. The cost of packaging and delivery is not included in the price.

Cancellation and returns policy
We want you to be as happy with your purchase as we are providing you with our service!
If you would like to return your product for any reason, please see below:
1. Return for change of mind: The customer has the right to cancel the contract within 15 days of receipt without stating the reason of his/her decision. The notice shall be submitted to the e-mail address info@owen-carbon.com. The submitted notice shall be considered valid if submitted or e-mailed within the specified cancellation period.
The order shall be returned within 15 days of cancellation notice. The products must be unused, undamaged, unmodified and in original packaging complete with manuals and certifications. A copy of the original invoice shall also be submitted.
The only cost incurred by the customer in case of cancellation is the direct cost of returning the item(s).
2. Returns for faulty goods: If the item you purchase is faulty and it has not been caused by wear and tear or misuse, we may offer a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your legal rights. We will do this within reasonable time, at no additional cost to you and without causing any significant inconvenience.
To return a faulty product, please email us within 7 days to receive a confirmation of return prior to send it back, along with proof of purchase, photos if possible and a description of the fault. The goods must be returned in the same condition as received, with all original packaging and labels, unused otherwise we cannot accept the return. Faulty product must be returned prior to sending a new one.
All returns must be authorised via email.
If all conditions are met, the payment will be refunded as soon as possible and no later than in 15 days of cancellation notice receipt.
The products and a copy of the original invoice shall be submitted to the address: SAMO OVEN S.P., Gorenjska cesta 20B, SI-1000 Ljubljana.
Delivery time
The delivery time is usualy 2-10 business days for products in stock.
Products out of stock shall be delivered within 16 business days of order receipt. In exceptional circumstances, when not even the manufacturer stocks the particular type or colour of product, the delivery time is up to 30 days.
In case of longer delivery periods you will be informed about the time of delivery by e-mail or telephone.
Warranty
All products from our offer come with at least 1-year warranty. In case of a different warranty period, the latter is specified in the product description. When shopping online, the warranty period starts on the date of delivery. Warranty claims must be accompanied by the original invoice. If no warranty certificate is enclosed with the product, the invoice shall be valid as a warranty certificate. The purchased product is in perfect condition at the time of purchase. The customer is obliged to follow the operation and assembly instruction manual.
The warranty shall be void in case:
- Instructions for use were not followed;
- The product was used in an unprofessional, unintended or negligent manner;
- The original invoice is not enclosed with the product;
- Discoloration or damage to the product was caused by washing or excessive exposure to sunlight or rain;
- The damage occurred in a traffic accident or during air transport;
- The ECE standard label or serial number was damaged or removed;
- The repairs were performed by unauthorized personnel.
Complaints
If you receive a damaged or wrong product by post, please send a notification to our e-mail info@owen-carbon.com as soon as possible. If the complaint is justified, the customer may opt for product replacement or exchange, or for money refund minus the delivery cost. In line with the EU directive, a customer may require a refund or replacement for a faulty product if reporting the problem to the manufacturer within two months of detection. A product shall not be considered defective solely if a product of better quality subsequently appears on the market. We regret to inform you that we are unable to reimburse the delivery costs of returned or replaced products.
Website use
The customer is solely responsible for the purchase and maintenance of his/her computer equipment, including the software and hardware used, and any other equipment needed for the access to and use of the www.Owen-carbon.com website. All the related costs shall be borne by the customer. The vendor shall not be held responsible for any potential software or hardware errors arising from the visit to or use of the web store, or for any potential damage caused by or related to the products purchased in the web store.
Personal data protection
The vendor undertakes to protect all information acquired through the website in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and not to forward, sell, rent or in any other way trade with the customers’ personal data. Personal data shall never be used if the owner shall in any way object to the way of its use.

Company trademarks and logos of other companies are the property of those companies. Images are symbolic and do not always fully reflect the actual state of products.
The Owen-carbon.com website also contains links to other companie’s websites, providing access to other sources of information. The vendor shall not be held responsible for the content of other companie’s websites and will cancel them as soon as technically feasible if they prove to be misleading.
Owen-carbon.com reserves the right to modify or change any or all parts of these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. The modifications shall enter into force at the time of their publication.
As a customer, you hereby agree that all stated conditions are binding and valid in all their forms and content. You are deemed to be aware that the vendor is unable to notify each customer about each documentation change, and to accept the obligation to regularly check on any possible modifications and refrain from using the services or website if you do not completely agree with them.
